At present (30th March 2020) there are no delays reported via our delivery couriers.
Some changes have been made to our International delivery options;
Q: Is your warehouse still operating/ Can I still order from you?
Our warehouse is still operating to be able to get your orders to you as usual.
It is vital to us that we have all procedures in place to support the health and wellbeing of our warehouse staff and delivery couriers, across the entire journey of your order. We are following all official guidelines from the UK Government, World Health Organisation and Public Health England to avoid the spread of COVID-19, including:
- Compulsory minimum 2 metre distances between staff at all times
- Providing hand sanitiser and ensuring frequent and proper hand washing
- Cleaning high contact points more frequently
- Limited use of all confined/shared spaces; i.e break rooms, canteens, smoking areas, etc
Q: Is it safe to receive parcels?
According to the World Health Organization (WHO), the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 (Coronavirus) from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low.
All our warehouse staff and delivery couriers are fully informed of the precautionary safety measures in place to avoid the spread of COVID-19.
Q: I live in an area under quarantine/lockdown, can I still order from you?
We would encourage you to check if deliveries are being accepted within your local post depots and offices prior to making an order. Usually only one attempt at delivery will be made in quarantined areas, prior to the parcels return to us. If a parcel is returned, it will be refunded in full, including postage, once it is received in our warehouse.
