Don't worry! We know that the COVID-19 Coronavirus may be affecting your ability to return your purchase/order in the usual time limits.
- If you made your purchase in store:
As most of our UK & ROI stores are temporarily closed, any purchases you had made in store before they shut can now be returned within 90 days of the original purchase date.
Please note: If you paid by New Look Card for your in-store purchase, you can discuss how this affects your payments directly with Ikano, our store card provider.
- If you made your purchase online:
As most of our ROI Stores are temporarily closed, you may be unable to return your order to store, however our FREE postal returns option with wnReturns is still available. More info here.
If you change your mind and decide to return any items, you can do so within the following time limits:
- 28 days for full-priced items, including those purchased with promotional discounts (from the date on your receipt or from the date when you received any items you bought online).
- Orders placed online between 16th March 2020 and 1st June 2020 sit within our COVID-19 returns policy, and have an extended 90 day return period.
Please note: The above returns policy refers to change of mind only and does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. the right to cancel, or the right to return items, which are faulty or not as described or a general right to return most online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
