Between the hours of 8am and 8pm (GMT), the quickest way to contact us to request a cancellation is via CHAT on the contact us page. Please make sure you have all your order information available, including your order number, full name, billing address and email. If you are not the bill-payer, we will need them to contact us with the information.
Outside of these hours you can contact us via our Twitter or Facebook page with this information, and we will make our best efforts to process this cancellation for you.
If it is not possible to cancel your order, you can still return the order to us as per our Returns Policy.
Please note: The above exceptions refers to change of mind only and this does not affect the statutory rights you have as a consumer e.g. your right to cancel (EU customers), or your right to return items which are faulty or not as described, or a general right to return online purchases under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
