All returns are at your own cost. You are free to choose any returns service available in your location. If you pay for your order via by PayPal, you can request returns cost reimbursement from them directly under their 'Return Shipping scheme'. (More info here.)
Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt and hold onto this until your refund has been processed.
Here's some tips on getting your item back to us:
- Package the items in their original parcel bag, or in secure postage wrapping so they don’t get damaged in transit. They’ve got a lot of travelling to do. If returning multiple orders, please use separate bags.
- Don’t forget to complete and include the dispatch note (we sent it with your order). If you no longer have this, please include a copy of your order confirmation email.
Exchanges are not available, if you require a different size/colour, etc, you will need to place a new order for this.
