Your dispatch note will not have a returns label attached, you can print one after creating your return online.
New Look Store Drop Off - FREE
You can return your order at a New Look store free of charge as long as your item is in a new, unworn condition, with the tags still attached, and purchased within the 28 day returns period. Please present the purchase receipt/order confirmation along with the items you wish to return. You can find your nearest store here.
Bear in mind that if you cannot make it to a physical store yourself, you can allow someone else to go for you. Make sure they have the receipt, and the original payment card if applicable. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method. If the original card isn't available our stores will process a refund to a New Look gift voucher.
You can now return branded items to store.
Please note: We cannot process refunds back to PayPal in store, instead, we will refund back to the link bank card.
Drop off point - €1.99
To return your parcel, package your item/s back in the bag they came in or another suitable bag, making sure to include the returns slip inside. If you no longer have your returns slip, please include a piece of paper with your order number and item details, so that your return can be processed.
Create your returns label via the 'Return order' button below. Enter your order number and email address or last 4 digits of your phone number to bring up your order and select the item/s you wish to return. If you are outside of our returns period, your order details will not be recognised.
Take your package to your nearest An Post location (search a location near you here), to begin it's journey back to us. Your refund will be processed within 15 working days but please make sure you keep hold of your returns receipt until your refund has been processed.
