Our stocks can change very quickly on our website and in our warehouse, so you may have an item in your shopping bag that is no longer available when your order is shipped.
Unfortunately, for our standard delivery orders, we may not be aware that stock will not be available until your order is packed a few days after you place it.
We know this can be frustrating and our customer service team is available to check if an item is being restocked.
Refunds will be made automatically if you have been charged for an out-of-stock item.
